Not all baby showers are the same. Level up. We partnered with our favorite hostess to put this beautiful spread together. Butter boards, blackberries and feta, meatballs, cucumber fingers sandwiches, chicken salad croissants, pimiento cheese finger sandwiches, and prosciutto wrapped burrata and peach skewers.

We get compliments all the time and when you have cooked professionally as long as I have you don’t think too much of them (although it does bother you if nobody compliments the food). So if you truly want to throw a chef a compliment that soaks in you have to come with something fresh and new. I was told that these briskets today were, “as tender as a mother’s love.” You’re gonna have to come strong to beat that one. We may have to make that our new slogan!

It began as a beautiful morning with us getting ready to smoke some meat for a great cause. It turned out to be a scorcher with overwhelming support from the whole community! If you came out to yesterday day for the benefit THANK YOU! The crowd was amazing and more than anticipated. We were so busy these are the only pics I was able to get. Just the calm before the storm. We are glad we could help and donate our time and expertise and once again thank you to the entire community that showed up to help this couple.

Having some folks over, but not sure how many? Want to order some bbq but don’t know how much? Want a little bit of everything? Want to order some great bbq just to have at the house for the weekend? Is it too hot to smoke all day for the 4th of July. Here you go. Brisket, ribs, chicken, and sausage all in one pan $275. This is our Mixed BBQ Pan. Place your order in advance and we can get it ready for pickup or delivery.

After many nights of plotting, planning, and scheming we are ready to unveil our next project. This is going to be a dining experience unlike any other in this area. We will have only 20 guests per dinner coming together to enjoy a great meal, wonderful people, one of a kind drinks, and create a vibe unbeknownst to our area before. We will be announcing our first dinner date and menu in the next couple of days.
