My parents deaths will not be in vain. Justice for the legacy that was stolen. Dad's life was forever changed when he had to fight to reclaim the business he and mom built for their children to carry on. What they labored for over 30 years was destroyed in 3.

It's been 7 months since our beloved father passed, and a year since the person operating 4620 W 34th has been trying to profit off of our parents legacy location. The same person who made false claims on January 11, 2017 and had police es**rt my father and I out of our family restaurant. That day sealed dad's fate. It destroyed his spirit. He had nothing left to fight for except for the protection of his person. By God's grace, we prevailed. He got to remain and die in his own home.

Soon we hope to get justice on all involved in this scheme to take over dad's and mom's legacy... Fiesta Tacos. It's not over yet!

Prayers for justice for our family legacy!🙏

We may be silent but we are not done seeking justice for those involved in dissolving or transferring, selling of dad's and mom's legacy Fiesta Tacos @ 4620 W 34th St.

Dad and mom labored for 30 years to build a future for their family. Someone took that from our father and profited off of their hard work.

What happened to FIESTA TACOS? Who is in there now and how is Juan Carlos Espetia (former manager) now running it?

Our parents worked hard to leave their mark on this world and a legacy for their family.
This changed when greed and the love of money enticed a family member to change the course of what our parents wishes were for all their children.

Unfortunately, their hard work was not in vain.
4620 W 34th street will always be remembered as Fiesta Tacos where Mama knew everyone's name and loved them through her delicious food.

The deceit that encompasses that establishment today will come to light. Those that took it from our father will not prosper. The current management, will remember January 11, 2017 as the day he, Juan, had police es**rt our father and his daughter out of DAD'S restaurant.

Just because we are silent doesn't mean we are still. Justice for dad and mom.
What man means for evil God uses for good for those that love him.

Bring back Fiesta Tacos!
