This will definitely warm you up. Our Viet Hot Chicken Banh mis starts with our crunchy but soft baguette, then gets split open to get a honey garlic mayo and “Lava Sauce” spread on. After that we batter and fry Cajun buttermilk brine chicken tenders to be doused with house made fried chili oil. Finished off with the classic banh mi veggies.
