🎶 "And the rockets' red glare..." 🎶 The Brookwood Handbells Ensemble had the honor of performing the National Anthem at the Sugar Land Space Cowboys game under the direction of Diana Montgomery! 🇺🇸🔔⚾
With blue skies overhead, hotdogs in hand, and cheers echoing throughout the ballpark, Citizens from the Derek, Jamail, Kilroy, Hubert, and Inn Homes enjoyed an unforgettable evening celebrating music, friendship, and America's favorite pastime.

Today, The Brookwood Community™ pauses the shopping carts and turns off the Café coffee pots. 🇺🇸❤️ The Brookwood Café and The Gift & Garden Center at 1502 FM 1489, Brookshire, TX is closed this Memorial Day as we honor and remember the brave heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

🚨 Big plant news from The Brookwood Community™! 🚨 Citizens are getting their hands dirty in the BEST way possible 🌱💚
For the very first time, Brookwood has purchased Philodendron Lemon unrooted cuttings (URC) harvested in Guatemala and headed for H-E-B! That means these little leafy travelers came all the way from South America with one mission: grow up big and beautiful under the care of our amazing Citizens.
Right now, they may look like tiny plant noodles… but over the next few months, Citizens will propagate, nurture, and help these bright beauties thrive. 🌿✨ Basically, it’s a long-distance relationship between Guatemala, Brookshire, and your future grocery cart at HEB.

To get to the café located on FM 1489 Road in Brookshire, you can take public transportation by catching the bus that stops at the intersection of FM 1489 Road and Main Street. The café is just a short walk southeast from the intersection.
If you are driving, from Houston, take I-10 West towards Katy/Ft. Bend County. Take Exit 732 for Farm to Market Road 1489 towards Simonton. Turn left onto FM 1489 Road and continue straight for approximately 4 miles until you reach the café on your left-hand side.
There is ample parking available directly in front of the café.
