The owners expressed their gratitude and disbelief at the overwhelming support they received from the community during their final week of operation. Despite not being able to accommodate everyone who came to bid farewell, they thanked their customers for making them a part of their lives and for all the memories shared. Unfortunately, this establishment is no longer in operation.

Over the past few days we have constantly found ourselves at a loss for words over your downpours of support since the closing announcement. When we took over this restaurant from our uncle 10 years ago, we never imagined that our little place could receive this much love nor that our foods would have such an impact as so many of you have told us during our last week. We are overwhelmed, humbled, and extremely grateful.

As we turn on our open sign one last time this afternoon, we would like to apologize for not being able to serve each and everyone who comes to say goodbye. Thank you for making us a part of your busy schedule. Thank you for patiently queuing up for a table, for introducing us to your friends and family, for sharing your stories, and for all of the hugs, smiles, and tears. Thank you so much once again from the bottom of our hearts.

Dear Valued Patrons,

It is with a heavy heart and a profound sense of gratitude that we pen this letter to you today. After much consideration , we would like to announce the closure of our beloved restaurant and end our operations, effective October 1st, 2023.

Over the years, you have become more than just customers to us; you are family. The memories, laughters, and shared moments within these walls will forever be cherished in our hearts. Each bowl we served was prepared with love, and every conversation shared was a testament to the bonds we've formed. This decision was extremely hard for us to make as we have fed off of this foundation for so long.

The challenges we've faced in recent times have made it increasingly difficult to continue our journey. It is heart-wrenching to bid farewell to a place that has been our passion and purpose for so long.

With all of the love and support we have found through these wonderful years, we want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who has dined with us, and made this restaurant a part of your lives. Your loyalty and support have sustained us through thick and thin, and we are eternally grateful for your patronage.

And to all of our staff, past and current, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your hard work and dedication. We couldn’t have made it this far without you guys or your resilience and with this farewell, we wish you health and success on your future pursuits, no matter where life takes you.

Though our restaurant may close its doors, the friendships and connections forged here will always endure. These past days we find ourselves reminiscing about all the good times we have shared with each and every one of you and those precious memories will forever be with us.

We cordially invite you to stay in touch these remaining days and carry a piece of our restaurant in your hearts. We also hope our other Phở Bình as well as the new management at our By Night location will continue to receive your support the same way you have showered on us ever since.
