As many of you have noticed, unauthorized changes by the Franchisees have recently occurred at our franchise location in Galveston. Our well-known Hubcap Grill — a brand that our loyal customers and the public have come to know and trust — was unilaterally rebranded without authorization as “Coastal Star Brewing Company.”
We want the public to clearly understand:
The business now operating as “Coastal Star Brewing Company” at the Hubcap Grill Galveston location on The Strand is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by me, Ricky Craig, or by Hubcap Grill & Hubcap Grill Franchise Group.
The rebranding and changes were made without our approval or consent.
All official Hubcap Grill locations continue to proudly deliver the authentic Hubcap Grill quality, service, and tradition our customers know and love.
Legal action has been taken and were vigorously pursuing all legal remedies to the fullest extent to protect the integrity of the Hubcap Grill name and brand.
