Fun times cooking in Madisonville TX. We were able to avoid the rain too. Chicken was 24th, Ribs 5th, and Brisket 12th for 12th place finish overall. Happy Mother’s Day!!

A great day for some Big Ron’s Texas Chili! Let’s go Houston Texans! Tonight we substituted 7Up biscuits for cornbread. Yum

If you prefer to drive, take I-610 and exit at Memorial Dr. Turn right onto Memorial Dr and then take a left turn onto Dairy Ashford Rd. Drive straight for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection of Dairy Ashford Rd and Briarforest Dr. Turn left onto Briarforest Dr and keep going for around 0.5 miles until you see a big red building on your left; that's where you'll find the restaurant.

Parking is usually available nearby, so simply park your car in one of the designated spots on the street or in a nearby parking lot if available.
