Well… that was not on today’s bingo card.
Due to nearby construction hitting our waterline, Doshi House will be closing early today. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience and will keep everyone posted about tomorrow’s hours as soon as we know more.
At this point we’d also like to kindly submit our invoice to the City of Houston. 🤝

A new mural has landed at Doshi House — and it’s time to celebrate the artist behind it. 🎨✨
Join us Saturday, March 21st from 2–4 PM as we celebrate local artist Andrea Venson, who just completed the beautiful new mural outside of Doshi House. This will be first solo showcase and artist talk, and we would love to show up strong for her.
Come meet the artist, hear about the story behind the mural, enjoy light refreshments, and even participate in a community painting moment.
Let’s do what Doshi House does best — eat, drink, and cultivate community.

Shout out to for bringing her students by to check out the new mural she painted outside the café. It’s always special seeing young creatives come through and connect with art in the neighborhood.
