With new management and a new crew, the restaurant was reopened in Houston on Long Point Rd. The fun-filled atmosphere of the restaurant attracted many pizza lovers. However, Cicis Pizza has been permanently closed.

Directions to Fairway Drive in Alvin can be accessed via driving or public transport. For those traveling by car, take Highway 35 and exit onto FM 528. Afterward, turn left onto Fairway Drive. Free parking is available on site.
For those using public transport, the nearest bus stop is located on the corner of FM 523 and FM 528. From there, walk southeast along FM 528 for approximately a mile until reaching Fairway Drive.
Once arriving at Fairway Drive, there are various restaurants to choose from including a pizza place, an American restaurant, and a buffet restaurant. Guests are encouraged to stroll around the area until they find their preferred eatery.
