This Friday, June 5th is National Donut Day ~ only TWO DAYS AWAY❣️ If you’re planing on getting any of our Texas sized items or more than 2 dozen of donuts 🍩 please send us a message a day ahead to help with our service flow, we can’t go any faster but we can definitely wake up and go to our donut shop much earlier. How’s your lil’ ones summer break going? We have one that’s enjoying it so far 😊 On Monday we took him to have his yearly 🩸 work done (he’s healthy) and we were surprised he didn’t even cried or complained. He’s been saying that he’s about to be a 1st grader soon and that he could handle that much pain (he’s definitely growing up way too fast 🥹). So every Monday is our pancake/ waffle 🧇day and look at what he made without the help from mommy or daddy 🤫🤭🥰

Ya’ll check out what we just picked from Fruits 'n Such Orchard today❣️— A bunch of fresh blackberries, we’ll post another post about our wonderful experience we had with them earlier today but for now we would like to give these great blackberries a spotlight by itself. So as we were getting ready to leave the farm (we were the last customers there and left the farm late again😊) the sweet owner came and introduced us a hand full of fresh picked blackberries and we were hooked immediately 😋 They have rows of blackberries that are starting to get ready for picking. So we went there and grabbed as much and as fast as we can because we hate to be the last people there even though the sweet owners kept saying that it was ok and told us to take our time 🥹😍 The blackberries were really sweet and yummy and now Lee said that it’s only fitting that we introduce the for this weekend, what do ya’ll think about that?

We think we owe a long overdue shout out to our wonderful neighbors at Starbucks 🥰
But first off, to our neighbors at Starbucks “guys, ya’ll have the best Starbucks team around❣️”
If you ever wonder how we keep functioning when there are days we only sleep a couple of hours (mostly weekends and special holidays), here’s our golden secret- by drinking lots of coffee, and when the busy days comes only Starbucks coffee could keep us up, we love how they’re conveniently close by, and they have those extra shots of caffein that would keep us smiling all day (and maybe even in our sleep🤭). We’ve been bragging on many wonderful moms and pop businesses and we’re all about shopping small but these guys specifically this location that’s right next to us has the friendliest team around. They’d treat you like family, they even called us by our names as soon as we walk in there, and surprisingly they even notice us on there drive through camera too 🤣 At this point nobody is ever going to believe us that we don’t actually go there everyday 😁 There were many times they’ve brought over the surprise cups for us but we’d like to share this one specific time, one of their team member was throwing trash in their bin which is located in front of our donut shop, and it was late like almost 7pm (yes, we were here that late on busy days to do extra cleaning and prepping), a team member noticed that our lights were still on and our car is still here so she came and knock on our door to tell us that they feel bad seeing how late we stayed at the shop and that they’d would bring us some coffee, short moment later there were 3 cups of (2 large caramel frappes and a medium size vanilla bean frappe for the lil’ bakerman) and yes, they know exactly what we like too 😇 they came in and no, they didn’t even want anything from us 🥹 Those coffees were live savers as if they knew we would really need them to pull through that long day, sometimes the last hours or two of long shift is the hardest part of the day. The whole crew even came in very early on Valentine’s Day to bring us surprise coffees, and also on Mother’s Day too (they said they knew that would need it😍). And occasionally they still do that but if we’d be posting a shout out post for them it’d be like a weekly things for us because that’s how awesome they are 🥰
We don’t know who owns this Starbucks, but whoever you are please know that you’re very lucky having such wonderful employees who treat the customers as if they own the place. Thank you guys for all the kindness (sorry we couldn’t name you all here)! We love you guys ❣️
