Meet Jose!
Jose is one of our FIRE cooks here at our Humble-Atascocita location.🔥 He has been working with us for a decade now! Jose is known for giving out funny nicknames to the rest of the crew, and for his hardworking nature. He takes extreme pride in his work, and tends to be quite the perfectionist!
Outside of Überrito, he enjoys a good Telenovela, exercising and spending time with his Husky, Azul. 🐾🔹
His favorite menu item is our Chicken Burrito!🌯
Jose is an integral component of our team, and we are very grateful for all that he is & does!

Alyssa has been with us for 2 years now, and is known for her exceptional customer service. It’s safe to say that she not only serves guests, but is also serving looks!💅
She is very knowledgeable about the brand, and is the queen of to-go orders. Her “top-pick” off of our menu is the Chips & Queso!
