🐯 Homecoming week is almost here, Third Ward! TSU Homecoming runs Oct 18–24, and our Blodgett Street kitchen is a short walk from campus and cooking all week. 🔥
🎺 Saturday, Oct 24 is parade day. The parade steps off at 8:30 AM, and we open at 11 for after-parade plates and to-go orders before the 2 PM game at Reliant.
Oxtails, fried catfish, smothered pork chops, mac & cheese, candied yams, collard greens and peach cobbler 😋
🚗 Parade-day parking: our lot is free while you dine with us. Street parking on Blodgett fills up fast, so come early.

Last night, we had the blessing of celebrating our beautiful Aunt Katherine’s 64th Birthday right here at Mikki’s Café! 🎉❤️🎂
This one was extra special. Aunt Katherine has been a part of Mikki’s since DAY ONE, standing alongside our family through the journey and helping carry the love and legacy that started it all.
With our mother no longer physically here with us, being able to celebrate her sister and still have her here to share her love, wisdom and knowledge means more than words can explain. ❤️🙏🏾
We’re grateful for every moment, every memory, and every year God allows us to have together.
Happy 64th Birthday, Aunt Katherine! 🥂🎉 We love and appreciate you more than you know.
