Brunch may have put us on the map, and our swimming pool may have made us a summer destination—but now, our kitchen is ready to make you “fall” in love at first bite. 💘
MCC is serving completely new cocktail, lunch, dinner, and brunch menus—made for lingering over a great meal, sharing plates with friends, and deciding that one more round sounds like a very good idea.
Start with a mocktail, cocktail, or glass of w**e. Stay for dishes that are elevated without being complicated, comforting without being ordinary, and perfect for sharing with your favorite people.
We make our food to order, right down to our butter and the details behind some of your favorites: the brine for our Dirty Martini Dip, the Dynamite Shrimp glaze, Miso Caesar Salad dressing, the spicy ranch aioli in our Baja Chicken Wrap, the Cajun Cream sauce in our Cajun Cream pasta, and the Chantilly or lemon butter cream for our desserts, just to name a few.
And you don’t have to take our word for it: MCC recently won OpenTable Diners’ Choice for 2026. Our food is made to order, we don’t scoop out of a buffet.
The pool will stay open until Mother Nature tells us otherwise. Day passes are only required for pool access—our restaurant, patio, and indoor spaces are always open to everyone. Come let us feed you!

October may be here, but with Houston weather approaching 90 degrees ………MCC’s 65-foot cocktail pool is still in full summer mode today! We’re keeping the pool lively and open until Mother Nature says otherwise!
