We just had to share!
To our Ms. Myrtle’s Bakery family: We are navigating a challenging health season with my husband, who plays a major role in our bakery operations. Because of this, we’ve had to adjust our workload behind the scenes. I’m faced with a very tough decision on how to navigate the business and my husband’s health crisis, and I’m moving carefully and prayerfully.
Our updated hours are Wednesday–Friday 10 AM–6 PM and Saturday 10 AM–4 PM. We will be closed to the public Sunday–Tuesday. Thank you for your patience, your prayers, and your continued support. Grace is holding us. Grit is carrying us. And God is guiding every step.

The bakery and dessert restaurant is located on Emancipation Avenue in Houston. If you are traveling by public transport, you can take the nearest bus or train to the Emancipation Avenue stop and walk along the street until you see the bakery. If you prefer to drive, there should be available parking spaces near the shoppe, although it may be limited during peak hours.
