Just in time for the celebration, Chef Hoi Fung at Fung’s Kitchen has introduced a brand-new Lunar New Year Sashimi Platter — a stunning combination featuring 12 types of sushi-grade seafood: live lobster, salmon, tuna, yellowtail, flounder, conch, octopus, squid, sweet shrimp, scallop, salmon roe, and sea bream.
