I want to share something with our customers because I think feedback—both good and not so good—is important to us. ❤️

Recently, we received a review from a customer who said the food was good, but unfortunately, their order was not correct.

While nobody likes to hear that we made a mistake, I truly appreciate the feedback because it gives us an opportunity to look at what happened and learn from it.

As a small, local restaurant, we can’t fix what we don’t know about. If something isn’t right with your order, your food isn’t what you expected, or you have a concern, PLEASE come to us and let us know. We want the opportunity to make it right and, more importantly, figure out where the breakdown happened.

Was it a communication issue? A kitchen mistake? Something we need to train our team on? Whatever the reason, we want to know so we can use it as a learning and training opportunity.

Our goal isn’t to be perfect—we’re human and mistakes can happen. Our goal is to listen, learn, improve, and take care of our customers.

So please, if you ever have a concern, don’t hesitate to come talk to us. We would much rather hear it from you so we have a chance to make it right than have you leave disappointed.

And to everyone who takes the time to give us feedback, good or bad—THANK YOU. It helps us become better. ❤️🍔

And don’t forget our hand-breaded onion rings, all cooked in beef tallow! 🍟
