Guests loved last Sunday’s jazz brunch, and we’re listening…Table 70 Jazz Brunch returns this Sunday with live music by Kim Prevost & Bill Solley - the start of an every-Sunday summer tradition at Bludorn. Spend your Sunday morning enjoying the brunch dishes you love, cocktails, and smooth live jazz in the dining room, plus half-off rosé and orange wine all day long. Music from 11:30-2:30. 🎶🥞 🥂

Last Friday, we had the honor of participating in the inaugural C-CAP Houston Culinary Workshop - an afternoon focused on supporting the next generation of culinary talent!

The (C-CAP), a national non-profit, equips high school students and adults with culinary training, mentorship, and real pathways into hospitality careers. Alongside Guard & Grace and Agnes & Sherman, our team at Bludorn Hospitality Group was proud to support that mission in a hands-on way, cooking directly with students in the program. Chef Jeff () and Chef Alexandra () led a roasted chicken course, walking through technique, preparation, and ex*****on.

Each restaurant presented a dish, working through the demonstration together before everyone sat down to enjoy the meal, followed by a chef Q&A. A meaningful step toward broadening access to hands-on culinary education and helping shape the future of the industry. 🤍🍴✨
