For public transport, you can take the bus to El Dorado Boulevard and get off at the nearest bus stop. The doughnut shop and coffee shop are located on El Dorado Boulevard; just walk a few steps and you will see them.

For driving/parking, if you are coming from Clear Lake City Boulevard, turn onto El Dorado Boulevard and keep driving until you see the doughnut shop and coffee shop on your right-hand side. There is a parking lot available for customers to park their cars.
