Happy New Year 🎉from all of us at Blue Nile! Wishing you a year filled with joy, good health, and delicious food.
Blue Nile Ethiopian Restaurant was a family-owned establishment that served traditional Ethiopian dishes in a warm and friendly environment since 1994. It was nominated as one of the best ethnic restaurants in the Houston community. Teff, the smallest grain in the world, was used to make their Injera bread which is high in protein, iron and minerals. Unfortunately, this restaurant has been permanently closed.
