GeauxJeaux’s, located on Wakefield Drive, was a popular snack van and food truck that specialized in Cajun favorites such as Po boys and Gumbo. The restaurant had a loyal following who enjoyed the wings and Étouffée as well as the Cajun dry rub served during football season. Unfortunately, GeauxJeaux’s has been permanently closed as of December 11th, 2021.

To get to Wakefield Drive in Houston by public transport, you can take the METRORail Purple Line and stop at the Memorial Hermann Hospital/Houston Zoo station. From there, you will need to walk for about 10 minutes to reach the location.
If you prefer to drive, you can take State Highway 288 or Interstate 69/US-59 and exit onto Hermann Drive. Follow Hermann Drive until it intersects with Almeda Road and turn right. After a few blocks, turn left onto Cambridge Street and then right onto Wakefield Drive.
Parking may be limited in the area, but there are several paid parking lots nearby as well as some street parking options.
