With the growing demand and support we would like to post a few facts regarding our Hibachi Bros culture! 🫶
1. Everything on our menu is cooked FRESH and made to order, so expected wait times can be anywhere from 20-45 minutes depending on how long the line is at that moment.
2 . As the Peoples Hibachi, we stay true to the authentic Japanese hibachi style, flavors, and practices. We do not serve “fast food” or low quality food, which reflects in the price and portion sizes.
3. Our portions may feed up to 2 people , with 8 + ounces of meat per selection. All of our meats and vegetables are locally sourced while our sauces and flavored lemonades are house made.
4. Hibachi Bros is fully Halal! To beat the long lines call - ins are accepted and we're available on Uber Eats and Doordash for pickup and delivery.

To get to the snack van and Japanese restaurant located on Almeda Road in Houston via public transport, you can take the METRORail red line to the Ensemble/HCC Station. From there, it is a short walk south on Caroline Street until you reach Alabama Street. Turn left onto Alabama Street and head east for several blocks until you reach Almeda Road. The snack van and Japanese restaurant should be visible from there.
For those driving, take TX-527 Spur S to Almeda Road. Take the exit toward Binz St./Calumet St., then merge onto South Freeway Service Road E. Turn right onto Almeda Road and continue for about a mile until you reach your destination.
There are plenty of street parking options near the snack van and Japanese restaurant if you are driving, but be sure to check any posted signs or restrictions before parking.
