HOUSTON – The Houston Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating missing elderly man Alfred Sanchez, who was last seen on May 5, 2026.
Mr. Sanchez, 80, was last seen leaving his residence in the 10600 block of Westbrae Parkway. He is described as being 5’9”, 175 pounds, with brown eyes and black/grey hair. His date of birth is May 22, 1945.
Mr. Sanchez was last seen driving a gold 2012 Ford Escape bearing Texas license plate BT78651. His vehicle was last known to be in the Sugar Land area.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact the Houston Police Department Missing Persons Unit at 832-394-8400.
Houston Police Department investigators are actively searching for him.

Everyday we go to work and the business we are in is a tough business - long hours and lots of heavy lifting. But one thing consistently keeps us going is how proud we are with the quality of seafood we have here in the shop. America really is a wonderful place, and specifically our beautiful Texas. The Gulf has produced probably the best fish and shrimp out there.
Here at Fountain View, Gulf shrimp is processed by hand - most people don't know this. We get here early, peel, clean, and devein our shrimp not using any machines. None of that nasty Sodium Tripolyphosphate stuff. There is no need to use any preservatives as lubrican to feed the shrimp through a machine. We keep it clean and at its fundamental basic - we clean the shrimp daily and organically.
It may sound simple, but we go through hundred of pounds weekly with pure dedication and manpower with many many hours at the shop so that you can have the best shrimp at your dinner table.
All of it because we appreciate you.

Thanks to our dedicated staff here we were able to bring hot food to the warming center on Friday. Today we're back again with food for Saturday. Time Pizza on Hillcroft, the amazing Turkish chef and owner cooks 10 extra large pizzas for dinner. Tomorrow, Sunday, Twenty Five Sushi House's owner, Mr. Huang, will provide 40 lunch boxes of beef fried rice during lunch time around 12:30. We are very thankful to all of my private owners at our local restaurants who operate with hard work, smile with a big heart, and share with a big pocket. Houston is truly an amazing place.

With the temperature dropping again, we are bringing hot food to the Multi-Services Center located at 6400 High Star. Please call 311 if you know someone needs a lift to a warming center. It is completely free and fast. The staff at the warming center is super nice and helpful. Be safe everyone!

We are planning to open tomorrow Saturday Jan 24th ahead of the bad winter storm. If you need to stock up, we have salmon, striped bass, branzino, shrimp, blue crab fingers and snow crab claws, snapper, flounder. For hot food, we still have the entire menu available: fried catfish, jumbo shrimp, your favorite egg rolls, and hush puppies. Hit us up before the alleged landing of the storm at 3PM.
