Hey Conroe!
We’ve moved 4 times in 2 years… but y'all finally helped us find our forever home.
A little over two years ago, in May 2024, my wife and I started making a dream a reality here in Texas. We wanted to offer you authentic, handcrafted, stone-baked pizza.
We're talking real pizza, made with a 24-hour fermentation process, baked at high heat on the stone, and crafted with pure passion.
No shortcuts, no mass production. Just the dedication of a hard-working, down-to-earth family.
But honestly, the road has been a bit bumpy.
If you've followed Vido's Pizza, you already know our story. We've moved to four different locations in town in just two years.
Each move meant packing up our dreams, getting in the truck, and praying we'd be found again.
As a small, family-owned business, each move was pretty scary. We've had our lazy days and quiet nights wondering if we could keep the flame alive.
But whenever we felt a little discouraged, a neighbor would come up, smile, and say, "Hey, we found you because this pizza is worth the trip!" God knows those words gave us the strength to keep going.
So today, we just want to say a huge, heartfelt THANK YOU.
Thank you for your incredible patience, for following our food truck all over town, and for never losing faith in us.

We're finally open! The oven is hot, and we're ready to serve you better than ever. If you've been missing our crispy stone-baked crust, our homemade jalapeño poppers, or our delicious Al Pastor pizza, we're waiting for you!
