One of the things we take pride in at Gertie Leigh's is making as much as we can from scratch. It takes more time, but we think it's worth it.
So we're excited to announce that our caramel is now homemade too. Rich, buttery, and made right here in our kitchen, it's the newest addition to our growing list of made-from-scratch ingredients.
We're always looking for ways to make our desserts a little richer.

We’ll be open Friday & Saturday with a limited menu as we spend part of the weekend celebrating Mother’s Day with family.
Sunday we’ll be closed for Mother’s Day.

We had a custom stamp made for our bags, and I knew going in that the fine details would be a challenge—the filigree, the script, and even the cheesecake graphic.
Acme Rubber Stamp Co. absolutely nailed it.
Every line held, every detail showed up, and seeing our logo translate this well into a stamp was something I was genuinely excited about.
If you’re a small business looking for quality work with a quick turnaround, I can’t recommend them enough.
Details matter—and they got them right.
