💚 A Bittersweet Goodbye from Gertie Leigh’s 💚

After much thought and consideration, we've made the difficult decision to close Gertie Leigh’s Cheesecakery Mobile.

Our final day of business will be Sunday, November 8, 2026.

What began as a love for creating delicious cheesecakes grew into something truly special. Along the way, we've had the privilege of being part of your celebrations, meeting wonderful people, and sharing a little sweetness to the community.

To everyone who stopped by our trailer, returned for a favorite treat, shared our posts, recommended us to friends, or simply cheered us on — thank you. Every bit of support has meant so much to our family.

We also want to give a special thank-you to some incredible people who helped shape our journey.

To Sabine's Kitchen, TxBirriaboyz, Quaker Steaks, and Katy sliders — thank you for your guidance, encouragement, and willingness to share your knowledge when we were first finding our footing. Your mentorship helped us turn an idea into a reality, and we will always be grateful.

To Turquoise Acres Ranch, Daddy Duncan's BBQ, Texas Sno - Snoballs, and Betty Jeans Creole Cuisine — thank you for the friendship, camaraderie, and support that made this final season of Gertie Leigh’s more than we could have ever hoped for. We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to share this last chapter with.

Although we're sad to say goodbye, we're grateful for the opportunity to have shared something we love with so many of you.

We'll be serving your favorites through November 8, and we'd love to see you one last time before we close our window for good.

Thank you for letting Gertie Leigh’s be a small part of your lives. You've certainly been a meaningful part of ours.

We took our house banana pudding and gave it the Banana Foster treatment.

🫐 Weekend Flavor Pop-Up!

We found some beautiful fresh blueberries at a great price and couldn't pass them up. After making our Red, White & Blueberry cheesecakes, we still had plenty left, so we decided to turn them into something just as refreshing.

This weekend only, Blueberry joins our lineup of house-made drink flavors!

Add our fresh blueberry purée to your lemonade or iced tea for a bright, fruity twist that's only available while this batch lasts.
