YOU GUYS!!! I cant with these crazy delicious new flavors we have! 🙌🫶 I mean.....I'm not kidding.....the Pistachio Cranberry is probably one of my favorite cupcakes EVERRRRR and the Brown Sugar Spice......SIGN ME UP!! ✍️😋
PISTACHIO CRANBERRY ~
The FLUFFIEST, SOFTEST, MOST DELICOUS PISTACHIO CAKE YOU WILL EVER EAT! It's got sweet but tart cranberries throughout, topped with a pistachio buttercream, coated with a pistachio, cranberry sugar and garnished with white chocolate cranberry bark ~ SOOOO GOOOD!
BROWN SUGAR SPICE ~
A moist, white cake made with brown sugar and all the holiday spices with a baked in cream cheese filling and iced with a brown sugar buttercream, dusted with cinnamon sugar and a brown sugar drizzle! I just can't with this one ~ literally taste like Christmas!
COOKIE BUTTER ~
This is a decadent, chocolate cupcake filled with a cookie butter ganache filling, iced with a cookie butter buttercream, dipped in a rich chocolate ganache and topped with a cookie butter drizzle and a lotus cookie ~ if Biscoff cookies are your thing ~ THIS CUPCAKE IS FOR YOU!!!

It is with great joy and a heavy heart, my sweet friend and amazing baker Jennifer Estrada is leaving our busy lil kitchen. She was the first person we hired and has been such a staple at Gigi's over the past year. We will miss her so much, but are beyond excited to anticipate the birth of her sweet baby boy coming in March. She has a thriving home based business where she bakes cakes, makes treats and custom signs as well as a variety of other crafty things. She is extremely talented and we will have very big shoes to fill for sure.
With that said ~
👩🏼🍳 JOIN THE TEAM 👩🏼🍳 We are looking for an experienced baker for a part time position and need someone who has worked in a restaurant kitchen or bakery, is familar with commercial ovens & mixers, and is used to and comfortable with high volume productivity. We are not looking for a decorator, so there is no need for those skills as we are filling a baking position only. Hours and schedule are somewhat flexible. You can request an application via fb messenger. We are excited to see what God has in store for us her at Gigi’s Cupcakes Lake Jackson 🙏
