Alvin — consider this your official heads up: we’re soft launching our updated menu and rolling out some new items we’ve been cooking up.
For now, the new stuff is dine-in or call-in only (no online ordering yet), and we’ve got limited quantities while we get everything dialed in—so if you hear “we just sold out,” don’t panic… just know you’re early.
Quick pizza style cheat sheet:
- Tavern Style: super thin + crispy crust with that perfect crunch.
- Detroit Style: thick, airy square slices with crispy caramelized edges.
And yes… the sandwiches are better than ever and we’re already planning to add even more sandwiches soon.

Today we celebrate the women who somehow do it all — from cheering in the stands, helping with homework, keeping everyone fed, and still finding time to ask, “Did y’all eat yet?” 😂
Moms are the real MVPs, and we’re thankful for every single one of you. Whether you’re spending the day relaxing, wrangling the family together, or just trying to enjoy one hot meal in peace… we hope today is full of love, laughs, and maybe a slice (or three) of pizza. ❤️

We had the chance to feed a lot of teachers in Alvin this week, and we just want to say how grateful we are.
Teachers do so much that never gets seen—long days, extra hours, and a whole lot of care. We appreciate the work and dedication you put into your students and your schools.
Big thank you to our school partners who made it easy for us to drop off meals and be part of the community. Sharing a few pictures from the week with some of the great teachaers and some of the food that went out.
From all of us at The Bing: thank you, teachers.
And if we didn’t get to connect with your campus this year, message us—we want to plan ahead and make next year a HUGE school year together.
