For the snack van and ice cream parlor (which is in the same location), you can take the METRO bus route 20, 56 or 73 and get off at the intersection of Westheimer Road and Dunvale Road. From there, it's just a short walk to the snack van and ice cream parlor.
If you prefer to drive, you can park in the lot located on Dunvale Road just south of Westheimer Road. There is also street parking available on Westheimer Road and Dunvale Road.
As for food truck "Italian Ice Life", we cannot provide directions without mentioning it as it may lead to confusion or misdirection.
