It’s time to give some love to one of the awesome humans behind your daily caffeine fix, Jess! 🫶

Jess isn’t just a regular barista, she’s our amazing General Manager and truly the heart of The Coffee House. 🤎
She just celebrated four years with us, and in that time she’s helped shape our team, our culture, and the warm, welcoming environment our guests feel every day.

From leading with kindness to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, Jess pours just as much care into the shop as she does into every cup. We’re incredibly grateful for her and all she brings to TCH.

Here’s some things you might not know about her:

- Her favorite drink to make: “A cortado, the precision needed to get great latte art makes it a fun challenge.”

- Her personal go-to order: “The brown sugar rosemary in an oat milk flat white. I’ve been obsessed with it while testing the winter menu (coming soon!).”

- What she’s usually doing off the clock: “I love running, yoga, and baking!”

- What she loves most about being at TCH: “The thing I love the most about being at TCH is the community and comradery. Although a lot has changed since we first opened, I’m glad that we always get to connect to so many great people through this amazing place.”

We’re lucky to have her, and we know you’ll feel the same the moment you meet her.
