Butterfinger has always been my favorite candy bar, so this month I made it our Cupcake of the Month!
Our rich chocolate cupcake is soaked in a creamy tres leches mixture, then topped with fresh whipped cream folded with crunchy Butterfinger pieces, and finished with a mini Butterfinger on top. Each bite is sweet, creamy, chocolatey, and packed with that classic Butterfinger crunch.
