To the heart of Milano,
This is not an easy post to make, but it comes with a heart full of gratitude. From the very beginning, this town has treated us like family. You welcomed Pollywog’s Cajun Persuasion, showed up for us, supported us, encouraged us, and watched us grow every step of the way.
Milano has been more than just a place we served food — it became home. Every plate, every conversation, every familiar face, and every bit of love you’ve shown us will never be forgotten.
We’ve been blessed with an amazing opportunity to take the next step and open a restaurant. While we are excited for what’s ahead, saying farewell to the town that helped build us is bittersweet.
Thank you for believing in us, loving on us, and allowing us to be a part of your community. We love each and every one of you, and Milano will always hold a special place in our hearts.
This isn’t goodbye forever — it’s simply the next chapter. We will for sure be back for events, so we’ll see y’all soon!

- Take the Red Line MetroRail to the Eastwood Transit Center station
- Walk to the bus bay and board the 41 Wallisville bus
- Get off at the Wallisville Rd @ I-610 E Fwy stop
- Walk east on Wallisville Rd for approximately 5 minutes
Driving/Parking:
- From I-610 East, take exit 23B for Wallisville Road
- Turn left onto Wallisville Road heading east
- The snack van, food truck, and restaurant will be on your right side after approximately half a mile
