As we reflect on the past five years, we’re overwhelmed with gratitude. This journey hasn’t always been easy. There have been highs and lows, victories and setbacks, moments of celebration and moments that tested our faith. But through it all, one thing has never changed—God has been faithful.
There is no way Pollywog’s Cajun Persuasion would be where it is today without Him. Every open door, every blessing, every lesson, and every opportunity has been by His grace alone. We’ve learned that when God is in control, even the hardest seasons have a purpose.
To everyone who has supported us, prayed for us, encouraged us, and believed in our dream—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You have been part of this journey, and we are truly grateful.
As we celebrate five years, we don’t celebrate ourselves—we celebrate what God has done. We give Him all the honor, all the praise, and all the glory. We can’t wait to see where He leads us next.

Pop complained the hospital food tasted like they forgot the seasoning aisle existed. We brought in Pollywog’s Cajun Persuasion Seasoning and turned that hospital tray into a five-star Cajun experience. Happy camper now…and he’s smiling bigger than the doctors expected!!! Woot woot!!

Public Transport:
- Take the Red Line MetroRail to the Eastwood Transit Center station
- Walk to the bus bay and board the 41 Wallisville bus
- Get off at the Wallisville Rd @ I-610 E Fwy stop
- Walk east on Wallisville Rd for approximately 5 minutes
Driving/Parking:
- From I-610 East, take exit 23B for Wallisville Road
- Turn left onto Wallisville Road heading east
