Had a fire in the kitchen this weekend. What you are looking at is a hot board used in catering crates to help extend the food warming time. Mine caught fire in my stove as I was warming it. But this setback did not stop me from getting out this weekend. Thank you to all who supported me this weekend with the preorders! And thank you to my new customers and followers. Be on the lookout for me this weekend. Menu will be posted Wednesday for those who want to preorder.

Sorry for the short notice but Rolls will Soul will be in the streets this weekend at a limited capacity!
One silly monkey don't stop the show! While I have alternatives in the works,I will be out every weekend going forward and will update locations and times here on Instagram and on Facebook. My weekend menu will consist of only the Fried Lasagna Rolls. Each weekend the types of rolls will vary. Rolls will be sold w/ 2 sides. Also 2 types of desserts will be offered for additional cost. The weekly menu will always be updated here on Instagram and Facebook.
You can always pre order via phone or DM to pick up at one of my stops or for an additional fee, I will deliver. All pre orders must be placed by 2pm the same day and payment must be prepaid via either PayPal or CashApp.
I still offer catering and will make my full catering menu visible later this week. Thank you to those of you who have continued to support Rolls with Soul by booking us to cater your events. The love is appreciated!

And just like that the devil is busy tonight! If it wasn’t for bad luck I wouldn’t have any! Well the generator is going to the shop 1st thing in the morning. Thank god for warranties...... to be continued 😞😞😞😞

I didn’t expect not to run into problems. I expected to run into vultures and haters along my journey so I’m not deterred or defeated just disappointed. I’m working on finding a better location for our trailer and will keep you guys updated.

Everyone has been wondering what type of rolls are these.... well we have:
Original (ground beef & Italian sausage w/ marinara sauce layered on a cheese blend mixture)
Cajun (ground beef, jalapeño cheese sausage w/ Cajun cream sauce layered in a cheese blend mixture)
Seafood (shrimp, crabmeat, and crawfish w/ Alfredo, marinara or Cajun sauce layered on a cheese blend mixture)
Veggie (mushroom,asparagus, broccoli, zucchini and eggplant w/ Marinara, Alfredo or Cajun sauce layered a cheese blend mixture)
Chicken Fried Chicken (battered fried chicken breast, layered on a cheesy potato mixture w/ marinara, Alfredo, or Cajun sauce)
Smothered Chicken (marinated chicken breast smothered in a creamy gravy layered on a cheesy rice blend)
Beef Roast (marinated beef smothered in a homemade brown gravy, layered on a cheesy potato mix)
Lobster Mac N Cheese (gooey lobster Mac n cheese smothered in my own special cheese sauce topped with onion crisp)
Rolls will rotate from week to week so you never know just which rolls will be featured unless you follow us here or on Instagram. Stay tuned!
