Happy Year of the Horse 🐎✨
This Saturday, 2/21, we’re bringing a little family history to the patio.
Lan, Thy’s mom, is coming out of retirement for a special Lunar New Year pop-up. She and Thy’s grandmother ran a Vietnamese restaurant in Houston for over 20 years, and she’s recreating the bánh cuốn they were known for- delicate steamed rice rolls filled with seasoned pork and wood ear mushrooms, topped with crispy shallots and fresh herbs. It’s always been part of their family celebrations.
Join us from 10am–3:30pm for the pop-up, along with our friends from .
Lion dance () starts at 2pm. 🧧🥁
Pro tip: book brunch at 12:30pm, eat, then stay right at your table for the celebration.
