Thank you to everyone who joined us for our final Tequila Dinner at Galiana’s Tex-Mex & Agave Bar.
What an incredible way to close this chapter. We’re beyond grateful for the support, memories, laughter, and all the moments shared with us over the years.
Galiana’s Tex-Mex & Agave Bar is now officially closed as we prepare for our next chapter.
Galiana’s Casa Del Tequila opens later this summer in Towne Lake, and we can’t wait to welcome you back for a new elevated experience.

One last tequila dinner before we turn the page. Join us for Galiana’s Tex-Mex & Agave Bar final Tequila & Wine Dinner on May 23rd. An evening built around bold flavors, premium pours, and the memories we’ve shared together over the years.
Start the night with a Carabuena Tequila Flight featuring Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo, plus our welcome cocktail, the Pineapple Ponzu Blanco. Then enjoy a three-course experience featuring Pork Belly Poke, Filet Mignon con Salsa Negra paired with Kaiken Ultra Malbec from Mendoza, Argentina, and finish with our Plátano Waffle dessert paired with the Ultima Noche cocktail.
This will be our last tequila dinner at our current location before we move to Towne Lake this summer, and we’d love to celebrate it with you one more time.
