Option 1: Public Transport
Take the Metro Rail Purple Line to the Museum District Station. From there, transfer to Bus Route 027 towards Griggs Rd. Disembark at the Alabama St @ Scott St stop, which is a 5-minute walk away.
Option 2: Driving & Parking
From downtown Houston, take I-45 South and exit at Elgin/Lockwood/Cullen Blvd. Turn left onto Elgin St and then right onto Dowling St. Continue on Dowling St for about a mile before turning left onto Alabama St. The snack van and food truck is located near Emancipation Park and there is street parking available.
Option 3: Public Transport & Walking
Take the Metro Bus Route 9 towards Main Street/Gulfton and disembark at the Tuam St @ Live Oak St stop. From there, it's a 15-20 minute walk to the snack van and food truck by heading east on Tuam Street until you reach Ennis Street. Turn left onto Ennis Street then right onto Wheeler Avenue, which leads directly into Emancipation Park where the van is located.
