Saturday morning is looking a little unhinged in the best possible way.
We’ve got a croissant inspired by tomato toast, migas built on a blue corn masa biscuit with egg, ranchero sauce & cotija, a pimento cheese and bacon jam quiche that deserves its own fan club and Dealer’s Choice Pop Tarts because sometimes life is more fun when you let fate decide.
Doors open at 10am. Come hungry, make questionable pastry decisions and remember… breakfast is the most important meal of the weekend. ✌🏻❤️🍪

Spotted: Gracie the giraffe standing in line at Fluff Bake Bar, pretending she’s not 18 feet tall.

🥧 Key Lime Pie — graham & Biscoff cookie crust, silky lime curd, and whipped cream. Sweet, tart and unapologetically the star of the dessert table.
🍎 Dutch Apple Pie — Granny Smith apples, sugar, spices, oatmeal streusel and our housemade pie crust. Basically summer wrapped in butter.

We made a few 6” Chocolate Chocolate Cream Pies.
They’re loaded with Oreo cookie crust, chocolate crémeux, vanilla whipped cream, and chocolate shavings.
Some people call this a small pie.
We call it a hand pie. Because if it fits in your hand, it’s a hand pie.

This Saturday we’re collaborating with Bayou Butchers | Dry Aged Meats & Services Garrett and Melissa make their own beef mortadella, Spam and dry-aged beef, which means your average breakfast never stood a chance.
