There are a lot of new items on our menu this week, including the Lobster Sacchetti. Three fresh pasta 'satchels' are stuffed with juicy lobster tail and claw meat, covered in a pink lobster roe sauce and drizzled with an aged balsamic. Darlings, I have never met a bag I didn't like and these are no exception.

One of our most-loved dishes is chef's Bolognese. The sauce is rich and complex and the fresh pasta completes the comforting flavor profiles with every bite. Add your favorite glass of red and it is definitely an incredible way to end your day, darling. XO L

Although it is rumored that Radiatore noodles were created in the 1960s by an industrial designer, their invention was actually between the First and Second World War. They are the perfect noodle for chef's thick Cacio e Pepe, catching the gorgeous sauce in all of its folds. Quite the indulgence, darling! XO L

Darlings! Are you enjoying this weather in Round Top for the Spring Show? The patio is the perfect place to take a break and I highly recommend an early lunch and an order of our calamari. Open from 11am-9pm today and don't hesitate to indulge in the libations at the bar ALL day long.
