Closed this weekend… but for a really good reason. 👀
We’re putting pen to paper on something we’ve been dreaming about for a long time. That’s all we’re saying… for now. 🤐

🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨
Our granddaughter decided today was the perfect day to make her debut, so we’re closing for the day to go meet our newest (and already cutest) VIP.
Don’t worry—the burgers will be back tomorrow. Today, we’ve got a tiny human to spoil.

🌡️ Mother Nature is winning today.
With the heat wave pushing our truck a little harder than we’d like, we’re going to be closed today to keep everyone safe and make sure we’re back at 100%.
We’ll be back to our regular hours tomorrow, ready to serve up your favorite smash burgers and fries. Thanks for understanding, and stay cool out there! ☀️🍔

Apparently the Texas heat looked at our refrigerators and said, “Challenge accepted.”
We’re closed again today while we wrap a few things up behind the scenes. Thanks for bearing with us—we’ll be back serving smash burgers as soon as possible.

🚨 Temporary Closure Notice 🚨
Fries & Grind is closed today while we complete an emergency repair on the food truck.
For everyone’s safety, we can’t have any open flames during the repair, so we’ll be unable to serve until the work is finished.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as we’re ready to fire the grill back up.
Thanks for understanding—we’ll be back slinging burgers as soon as we can. ❤️🍔
