We’re closed today because our truck and rainwater have a toxic relationship. When water gets in, it likes to fry the electronics… and we prefer to keep the frying reserved for potatoes. 🍟⚡️
We’ll dry out, regroup, and be back serving burgers tomorrow. Thanks for rocking with us and understanding!

We’re done splitting the menu. Wednesdays are officially back to burgers—simple as that.
We’re also adding the extra day, so you can now pull up Wednesday 4–9PM and get the same menu you know the rest of the week.
No gimmicks. No rotating stuff. Just the burgers done right, every time.

🚴♂️ WE’RE RIDING FOR A REASON 🚴♂️
This weekend the Fries & Grind crew is hitting the road to participate in the MS150—raising money and awareness in the fight against multiple sclerosis 💪🔥 Because of that, the truck will be closed Friday–Sunday while we ride.
Pull up Thursday (12–8pm) and get your fix before we roll out 🍔🔥 We’ll be back next week sore, fired up, and ready to get right back at it.

When it rains it pours. Unfortunately when it pours we also have to close early. Sideways rain goes inside the truck and shuts our electro stuff down. One of these days we will have one of those brick and mortar things where you don’t have to worry about shut downs. We will be back tomorrow.

The family there is always friendly, accommodating, and just awesome to work with 🙌🍅. Some of the fresh ingredients you see coming out of the Fries & Grind truck start right there.
