Have you always wanted to own your own restaurant/cafe but don't know where to start? NO FRANCHISE FEES! Price includes unlimited access to the entire state of Texas (meaning you can open an unlimited number of locations within TX) and all of WSC's physical assets as of January 2025.
Waffle Social Club has 3 current revenue possibilities:
-Food Service (Catering, farmer's markets, Brick & Mortar)
-Food Products (Maple Balsamic Syrup, Maple Mustard, Waffle Mixes, GF Waffle mixes, Chicken & Waffles spice mix, Coffee Blend)
-Waffles-as-a-service (renting equipment and white labeling products)
The company still has most of its assets and we are asking $50k for the unlimited Texas access package. Contact us for details on a full buy-out. This includes unlimited access to all IP (logo, branding, slogans, etc), physical assets, recipes & processes, vendor relationships, and more. We are currently setup for catering/pop-up service, but WSC could easily convert to brick & mortar or food truck.

To reach the restaurant, caterer and food truck, take the public transport to Midtown Transit Center or drive to the Midtown area. There is a parking garage near the intersection of Main St and Anita St, as well as metered street parking in the surrounding blocks. Once parked, walk towards Travis St and look for the colorful food truck or restaurant/catering storefront nearby.

Waffle Social Club is a must-visit restaurant, caterer, and food truck in Houston. Their waffles are simply amazing and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The Blueberry Danish Waffle is a hidden gem that you won't find on the menu but is totally worth trying. It's made with homemade blueberry coulis, cream cheese frosting, and their famous homemade Maple Balsamic Syrup on a yeasty waffle. Yum!
Their new Cookies & Cream AND S'Mores waffles are also worth trying out. If you're looking for something sweet, then add ice cream to any waffle for just $2! Their Cinnamon Roll waffle is another new addition that's sure to satisfy your cravings.
Waffle Social Club has recently moved into H-E-B Sienna and is open daily from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. You can also find them inside Harvest Market on Thursdays through Sundays from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm.
Their Chicken & Waffles dish is their best seller and it's not hard to see why. The combination of crispy fried chicken and fluffy waffles is simply divine. They also serve great coffee that pairs perfectly with their delicious waffles.
