If you’re trying to pretend you’re eating light… but still want it to be really good, this one’s for you.

Chicken Caprese Sandwich: fresh mozzarella, sliced tomato, shredded grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, basil pesto, and a balsamic drizzle that pulls it all together.

It’s fresh, lighter, and still has “I made a great decision today” energy.

Question is: are you pairing it with a salad… or just ordering a second sandwich and calling it balance?

This week we got to spend a lot of time feeding teachers in League City, and it honestly made our week.

To all the teachers and school staff: thank you for the patience, heart, and energy you bring every single day. And to our school partners who welcomed us in and let us be a small part of your community—thank you for trusting us and letting us show up for your teams.

Yes, it’s Cinco de Mayo… so yeah, we’ve got the Modelo flowing. But we’re already thinking about Wing Wednesday.

Alright… we did something a little unhinged (in the best way).

Loaded Fries… but on a pizza crust.

Because why choose a side when you can commit to the chaos.

On top: fries + house-made ranch + bacon + roasted jalapeño + feta (aka the dream team).

And then we took our Alvin crawfish soak and turned it into a brand-new wing sauce—drizzled all over it like we’re trying to win an award for “most unnecessary deliciousness.” It’s spicy, sweet, and garlicky with that “one more bite” problem.

Come try it before we come to our senses.

Lunch just got promoted.

We’ve got individually portioned spaghetti + meatballs ready to roll—perfect for the office because:

- no fighting over the last meatball
- no “who touched my fork?” drama
- and it reheats like a champ

And the best part: our all-beef meatballs are baked fresh daily (because your lunch deserves better than “mystery meat Monday”).

Tag an office that needs a free lunch and we just might feel generous real soon.

Bonus points if they’re running on caffeine and pure stress right now.

Something happened in the kitchen tonight…

Let’s just say there was a towering stack of pizza boxes, a questionable decision, and a game nobody officially agreed to play.

Most of the pizzas made it out victorious and are ready for pickup. A few… did not survive the final move—so they’re being remade as we speak.

They’ll be ready soon. Unless someone shows up with another challenge we mysteriously can’t refuse.

Hot & fresh delivery just pulled up… and yes, he’s only 1 so we will let the gravity defying holding technique slide.

He grabbed a pizza box and took off like he’s got places to be and customers to impress.

Only issue: he doesn’t listen very well, refused to wear his officially provided delivery uniform, and showed up to work in a Bluey & Bingo shirt instead.

Management has decided to allow it… for now.

Had an absolute blast at the Bauerschlag Elementary carnival! Huge thank-you to the families, staff, and everyone who stopped by our booth — y’all brought the energy (and we may have “tested” our carnival snack self-control… purely for quality assurance).

We loved getting to promote our upcoming Spirit Night with the school and share a sneak peek of our new dessert pizzas with the community. Nothing better than great food + supporting local kiddos.

Ever wonder where our Lasagna Sticks actually come from? Here’s the behind-the-scenes.

We don’t open a box and call it a day — we make a full homemade lasagna, let it set, then hand-cut it into sticks and prep them in-house so they fry up golden, crispy, and ridiculously cheesy.

It’s a little extra work… but that’s why they hit different.
