We’re looking for an experienced Hourly Manager who loves great food, takes pride in leading a team, and knows how to keep a restaurant running smoothly—even when things get busy!
This position is 32–35 hours per week, and previous restaurant experience is required.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, positive, comfortable taking the lead, and willing to jump in wherever the team needs them. At Southern Dough, our managers don’t just manage—we work alongside our team and help create the welcoming experience our guests know and love.
