🗣️ 🚨🚨🚨🚨CATERING is not CHEAP!!! Some of y’all do not understand what goes on behind the scenes to catering events!! For a family of 4 or 5 you spend $500-600 dollars on groceries! Why do you expect to spend the same amount on 75 people? It’s ridiculous!! The cost of GROCERIES are at an all time high!! When I go grocery shopping, I spend hours going from store to store to get the best quality of food for my customers!! I unload, pay, load, unload everything in my truck, go home, unload, and then store everything! I buy pans, warmers, gloves, seasonings, silverware, and etc!! I spend HOURS in the kitchen preparing quality food for my customers! I get up at the crack of dawn to make sure I make it to the venue at a certain time. Aside from that, I pay my employees to help me because I’m unable to do this alone!! I do this because it’s my PASSION!! I run another businessfull time Monday-Friday and pursue my passion as well! I have a family! I am a Mother and content creator!! When I get off work, I try to record content and help my kids with homework! I do not answer all my DM’s!! It impossible to respond to everyone! I am human! One day, I will be surrounded by the right individuals that will help me conquer my goals! I LOVE COOKING!! I Love my customers and followers!! At the end of the day, I AM HUMAN!! I have a life outside of everything!! Some weekends, I just need time to relax and spend time with my family!! I know my worth!! Some of y’all shop around for the cheapest quote and get mad with the results! I am very affordable and understanding!! Y’all want the brunch and food y’all see on Instagram & TikTok but half the stuff you see on those plates is cold!! If you book a caterer, they shouldn’t have to come out of their own pocket to accommodate your event!! You are expected to pay for everything!! If you have a certain budget, you need to let these caterer’s know upfront! We will let you know what services we can provide for you!! I am not rich yet but I budget my money on the daily!! My price is my price!! Thank you to everyone that has booked me! I appreciate you all!!
