After 5 unforgettable years, Cascabel has come to a close. 🌿✨
What started as nothing more than a dream, with no restaurant experience, became the greatest journey of our lives. From day one, we poured our hearts into this space, and the majority of our team has been with us since the very beginning. 🥹 You all are the reason Cascabel was more than a restaurant… it became a family.
Cascabel was never just about food. It was a place where strangers became friends, where laughter filled the air, and where our shared love for animals and the environment connected us in something bigger. It was community, it was love, and it was a reminder that food has the power to bring people together in the most beautiful way.
Through ups and downs, and even through the storm of COVID, our team’s dedication kept the doors open. Together, we made it through challenges we never imagined we’d face — and still, we shared 5 solid years of food, love, and unforgettable memories.
This past year has been especially tough for the restaurant industry, and with our lease ending, we felt it was the right time to close. While this chapter has come to an end, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. To every guest who sat at our tables, every team member who gave their all, and every friend who believed in us — you are the reason Cascabel will forever live in our hearts.
Serving this community was the greatest honor of our lives. Maybe, just maybe, one day we’ll be back to cook for you again. Until then, know that your love and support will always be part of our story.
