We take pride in serving freshly prepared meals and would like to inform you that our service model differs from that of a fast-food establishment. We do NOT serve fast food.
Our dishes are prepared to order, and we refrain from using steam tables and heat lamps. Therefore, wait times during weekends are expected to be around 30 minutes, potentially extending to over an hour, depending upon order volume. Another successful event celebrating a talented high school senior.
The client requested "light food table decor" but in true Queen fashion she OVER DELIVERED and went all out.
Everything turned out very nicely and all the guest throughly enjoyed the food and decor. They all came back for seconds and even thirds!

Catching up on Reviews.
This lovely young lady recently stopped by and ordered our catfish poboy, which, as you can see, is quite large compared to her hands.
This Foodie gave us two thumbs up, indicating her enjoyment of the meal.
Unlike traditional Nola sandwiches, our poboys are made our way, tailored to your liking.
If you haven't tried our catfish or shrimp poboy, you're definitely missing out. No popcorn shrimp over here!

We are thrilled to celebrate the one-year anniversary of our truck's official launch.
We are extremely grateful for the overwhelming love and support we have received. Our customers have become an integral part of our family, and we are grateful for that.
We set ambitious goals and exceeded them. We successfully created a signature dish that went viral and attracted a large following, thanks to our cousin Trell.
Juggling family, careers, and this business is not easy, but we are fortunate to work well with one another and get things done. Y'all don't know but it's definitely Hell's Kitchen on that truck😅😅, but that's truly because we are passionate about serving good quality food, just how our Mom taught us!
