Big day on tap for us The Rusty Buckle - Craft BBQ & Texas Cuisine! Lunch service for y’all from 11-3 and then dinner from 5-9 this evening and a little steak dinner for 200+ in Liberty tonight for the TVE. All in a day’s work and we’re happy to be doing it! Come enjoy some great food today with us. Two games plus the menus on the big screens.

Ooops! We’re doing it again! Brandi’s smoked peach cobbler is on a different level today. Unless you don’t like bluebell ice cream, the peach cobbler five dollars a serving and bluebell ice cream for two dollars extra and it’ll be even better either way it’s fantastic. Come see us from 11 to 3 for lunch or from 5 to 9 this evening for supper and have a great cooling off Friday y’all!

A great lunch or dinner deserves a great dessert. Come check out the smoked peach cobbler that Brandi and I did today; they’re gonna be fantastic. We’ll have them ready for you to enjoy between 11 and 3 for lunch and again from 5 to 9 this evening for dinner. Thank you for choosing to support small business and keeping it local.

Wrapping briskets is fun, we use brown paper and rendered fat after 10-12 hours in the smoke. Another 3-4 hours and they’re ready to rest til you order a slice or two. The longer they rest the better they are but don’t let them rest too long, others aren’t as patient and they get to ‘em early! Don’t worry though, we have plenty. 11-3 for lunch and 5-9 for dinner. Come see us!

Best way to describe them is they are cross between a filet and a ribeye. Better price point tonight than the Prime NY Strips but ya can’t go wrong with either one. Plenty of BBQ also available. 5-9. Come see us!

Utilizing as much as possible, including making our line time more efficient to respect your lunch hour or half-hour, Kelsey is chopping up the good stuff for your dirty mac n cheese, stuffed taters, tacos and chopped sammies!
We’re serving lunch from 11-3 today and then we shut down for a short while and begin dinner service at 5. Hanger steak is the steak special tonight!

Tonight’s featured dessert is apple pie egg rolls. The entree specials are prime NY strips, chicken fried steaks and fat chicks. We also have brisket, ribs, turkey and sausage available. Our appetizers tonight are brisket K-So and smoked wings! We open at 5 and we’ll be here til 9! Come eat!

This could be yours, we’ll sorta, except we’re not havin T-bone cartoon steaks. We’re havin prime New York strips! Someone forgot to put the wings in earlier so the only appetizer tonight is the brisket K-So! 5-9 this evening. Bbq, CFS, Fat Chicks and steaks, come eat!

It’s not our permanent sign but it’s a good start. At least it’s something to indicate where we are til the old building comes down. Speaking of which, if you see fire trucks, smoke and people putting ladders on the roof, just mind your business, nothing to see here, move along! Actually we’ve teamed up with the local Emergency Service Districts and they will be doing some training in the next week or so prior to us taking the building down. Why not, it’s still laid out sorta like a house.
Back to the sign and the new building….22664 Community Drive. Come through the driveway on the west side of the old building and make your way inside. We are open from 11am until 3pm Wednesday-Saturday. We shut down at three, clean things up and get fresh product ready for dinner service from 5-9pm. This week and for the foreseeable future, our bacon wrapped ribs and redneck sushi will only be available on Saturdays during lunch. Our nightly specials this week are 16-18oz prime NY strips for $45. Smoked baby russet potatoes are included with this entree. If you thought the ribeyes were good last week, wait til you get ahold of one of these!
Our Thanksgiving menu and preordering instructions roll out this weekend as well as the A&M vs. UT watch party details.

First wave done, plenty of ribs, brisket and pulled pork, maybe a couple half chickens. Aggies are up 21-7 and LSU is up too. Come during half time and enjoy dinner while you watch the game!
Ribeye steak, chicken fried steaks and fat chicks round out the menu tonight. We’re open til 9!

Tonight's dinner service is going to be spectacular! We've got some really tasty Prime Ribeye Steaks from McClaren Farms, a pork ribeye that's so tender you won't believe it and then there's the fried stuff....fat chicks and chicken fried steaks! We start at 5 pm and we're here til 9 but don't wait too long or you might not get any! weve also got bbq coming out of the smoker now for those who just want BBQ.
